Evenlode Catchment Partnership Administration Officer (Maternity Cover), Wild Oxfordshire

Location: Little Wittenham (office-based, own transport required)
Pay: £30,233 FTE (pro rata)
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Duration: 1 year but may be extended (maternity cover)
Closing date: 14th December 2025, interviews to be held on 17th December 2025

Covering a maternity leave, you will be supporting the ECP Programme Manager to implement all aspects of the ECP operations. This will include general and financial administrative tasks, project reporting, internal and external communications, and support with fundraising.

The Evenlode Catchment Partnership (ECP) operates mainly within the West Oxfordshire District Council area. It is made up of about 20 partner organisations dedicated to improving water quality, enhancing biodiversity, and managing flood risks while increasing climate resilience across the Evenlode catchment area. Our mission is to create a thriving, sustainable water environment that benefits both wildlife and local communities. Check out our website to find out more.

Main responsibilities

1.    Office and Team support

·      Management of the ECP administration

·      Assist the ECP Programme Manager with operational aspects of ECP

2.    Financial administration

·      Keeping accounts and spreadsheets current

·      Assist the ECP Programme Manager with Water Restoration Fund administration

3.    Communications

·      Internal and external communications
