A gift to Wild Oxfordshire can help us conserve Oxfordshire’s environment making sure its beauty and the benefits it gives us all are cared for generations to come.
The easiest way to donate is on line via the BigGive.
Alternatively, you can print and post this Donation Form. Any gift will be much appreciated.
If you are a tax payer you can make every £1 you give worth 25p more just by completing the ‘Gift Aid’ part of the donation form. If you are a higher rate tax payer you may be able to claim tax relief on your donation. More information on Gift Aid can be found on the HMRC website.
Leaving us a gift in your will is another tax efficient way of giving as its value will be deducted from your estate (your money, possessions and property) before Inheritance Tax is worked out. Gifts made before your death may also qualify for exemption. You can either leave a fixed sum (known as a ‘Pecuniary Legacy’), or part or all of your estate once other gifts have been distributed (known as a ‘Residuary Legacy’). If you already have a will you and would like to make a donation you can add a codicil to an existing will.
We advise you to use a solicitor to make or change your will. More information on making a will and leaving gifts to charity can be found on the government website or from Citizen’s Advice.
Giving a gift in memory – you can ask for gifts to be given in memory of a loved one in lieu of flowers.
