Our commitment to you
Information we collect
Mostly we collect basic contact information: name, address, email address, telephone number and associated organisation that your work or volunteer for. If you’ve donated to us we will hold the details of your kind donation and information that allows us to reclaim Gift Aid.
We may hold more details if you have asked us to promote your organisation or service on our website or in our bulletin.
Why do we collect it?
We collect your infomation so we can contact you with relevant news or updates. We do not rent or sell your information.
When have we collected it?
If you have attended an event or training course, requested information on conservation or marketing and fundraising, donated to us or if you have represented an organisation (usually conservation based) at a specific meeting or fed into a consultation. Or if you have asked us to promote your service or organisation on our website or on our Environmental Email Bulletin.
How many times will you hear from us?
The Environmental Email Bulletin goes out every fortnight. Other communications are much more ad hoc. As a small charity it’s unlikely we have the time or resources to contact you more than five times a year.
What do you need to do?
If you’re new to Wild Oxfordshire please fill in and return the Consent Form. To be efficient we’ve tried to cover all eventualities with the form. If you already receive news, updates, appeals or the bulletin then you don’t need to do anything. Anyone can unsubscribe at any time.
You just have to ask. Email, phone or write to us: Email firstname.lastname@example.org, call on 01865 407 034 or write to Wild Oxfordshire, Manor House, Little Wittenham OX14 4RA.
